Reporting directly to the Executive Director, the Human Resources Manager will play a vital role in advancing the mission of MLCFA by overseeing all aspects of human resources management. This position will be responsible for maintaining and enhancing the organization by planning, implementing, and evaluating employee relations as well as human resources policies, programs, and practices.
