The Generator Engineer, Field Services, is an entry level position that provides engineering support for both scheduled and emergent maintenance activities on generators and associated auxiliary equipment.
Key Responsibilities
Provide on-site and remote technical assistance for installation, repair, and maintenance of generator systems.
Respond to technical inquiries from customers and integrate design input from Mitsubishi headquarters.
Create and maintain technical documentation, reports, and risk assessments.
Supervise technicians and provide direction during major, minor, and crawl-through generator inspections.
Ensure proper use and adherence to safety practices and protocols at all times.
Requirements
A degree in Electrical, Mechanical, or related Engineering fields.
Basic understanding of electrical principles and how they relate to the power generation industry
Experience working on other OEM generator equipment is a plus.
Must possess a valid drivers license and be able to possess a valid passport.
This role requires regular standing, walking, bending, and occasional lifting of up to 50 pounds.
