Experience
- Minimum two (2) years previous clinical experience in a home care setting
Education
- Bachelor of Social Work (BSW)
Licenses
- Valid Class 5 driver's license
Other Education and Training
- Bachelor of Occupational Therapy is acceptable
- Undergraduate degree in Health or Social Sciences acceptable to the employer
- Bachelor of Physical Therapy is acceptable
- Bachelor of Nursing is acceptable
