Description

If Customer Service and inside sales is your forte and you have experience in the shipping/receiving and parts inventory, this newly created position may be your ideal next career move!  

Our Client is known for their customer service excellence and ability to meet Business Clients unique parts/equipment needs.    The firm focuses on innovation, efficiency and providing their employees with challenge, fulfillment and growth. You will enjoy being a member of their Regina, Sask Team!  

Responsibilities include:  
- Provide customer service and inside sales support to customers.  Assist customers in ordering products, provide quotes, process orders and locate/prepare orders for pickup.  
- Assist technicians in determining and ordering the required parts for service and repair work.
- Receive parts, process and check items received against invoices; assign part numbers to projects.  Review vendor invoices for accuracy, price and condition of product.  
- Track and maintain an accurate inventory of parts and materials.  
- Follow company safety policies, procedures and regulations.
- Maintain an up to date knowledge of new equipment, parts and materials.    

As the selected candidate you will bring:
- Related education and training are an asset.
- Previous customer service/inside sales, shipping/receiving and parts inventory experience, ideally within the automotive/motor vehicle industry.
- Customer focused.  A positive, courteous and professional attitude with all customers and employees.  
- Computer knowledge, highly organized with a strong attention to detail for accurately tracking, locating and preparing orders.  

Hours of work:  Monday to Friday, 7:30am-4:30pm
