The Role
As a part of Camecos Human Resources department, you will be a subject matter expert responsible for disability case-management on a permanent full-time basis.
In this role, you will:
-Provide coaching and direction on Camecos disability management program and processes, as well as support Camecos health, wellness, and accommodation programs.
-Ensure the timely and consistent administration of disability-related absences.
-Support the development and management of return-to-work plans.
-Coordinate with employees, supervisors, and site nurses, along with external healthcare providers and benefit vendors.
-Build positive relationships with a broad range of individuals to support disability-related inquiries.
-Effectively use technology tools, including Microsoft Word, Excel, and employee database systems.
Required:
-Bachelors degree in a health-related discipline
-Equivalent combination of education and work experience could be considered
-Up to three years of relevant experience working in a fast-paced environment
-Proficient verbal and written communication skills
-Excellent interpersonal skills
Recommended:
-Certified Disability Management Professional (CDMP) designation and/or Certified Return to Work Coordinator (CRTWC) designation
-SuccessFactors experience
-Effective organizational and problem-solving skills
