Primary Purpose of Position:
The Human Resources Administrative Assistant will assist the Human Resources Department with all training and administrative related responsibilities. This position is located at our Head Office in Saskatoon.
Key Responsibilities:
Responsible for issuing all online and in-person training, adhering to deadlines and site specific requirements;
Maintain an accurate spreadsheet of all issued training and flag any certifications nearing expiry;
Schedule all pre-employment drug and alcohol testing;
Responsible for maintaining employee personnel files, both physical and electronic;
Flight coordination and distributing flight manifests;
Reconcile monthly visa statement;
Performs other duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
The successful applicant will have at least 5 years experience in an administrative role along with a certificate in Office Administration or similar.
