Our client, a leading organization in the energy sector, is seeking an Administrative Assistant to join their team.
Job Title: Administrative Assistant
Location: Regina, SK
Pay Range: $22 per hour
Duration: 6-month initial contract
Hours - 40-hr week 8am to 5pm
Work Type: Monday - Friday, in office position. No hybrid schedule.
What's the Job?
Provide daily administrative support to the Regional Services department, supporting approximately 40 team members.
Coordinate with workplace services and vendors to manage building maintenance and office needs.
Assist with facility bookings, catering, and training arrangements for departmental meetings and events.
Manage department correspondence, including email distribution and mail handling.
Support fleet management activities, including vehicle registration, mileage tracking, and vehicle ordering.
What's Needed?
Minimum of 3 years' experience in an administrative role.
Must have reliable vehicle
Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
Strong communication and organizational skills with high attention to detail.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
Experience with office management or related systems is preferred.
