Responsibilities:
-Construction Support:
o    Assist  in planning and executing site construction activities
o    Assist the Project Management team
o    Coordinate with stakeholders, contractors, and subcontractors to ensure project requirements are met
o    Monitor construction activities to ensure compliance with project schedules, budgets, and safety protocols
-Health, Safety, and Environmental Compliance:
o    Adhere to Oranos safety policies and ensure compliance with radiation safety and environmental standards
o    Participate in safety meetings and contribute to a safe work culture
-Mechanical and Piping Project Focus:
o    Provide technical support for the installation and commissioning of mechanical, and piping systems
o    Collaborate with engineering teams to resolve on-site challenges
-Quality Assurance:
o    Conduct inspections to ensure compliance with quality standards and specifications
-Coordination and Reporting:
o    Maintain communication with the General Supervisor and other stakeholders
o    Prepare progress updates and contribute to reports

Skills and Qualifications:
-Red Seal Trades Certification with 10+ years experience and 5+years in a multi trade supervisory role. Diploma or degree in Construction Management, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field will be considered
-Certifications (e.g., CMP, PMP) are an asset
-NDE Certifications (e.g., MT, PT, UT, QA, QC) are an asset
-5+ years of experience in construction management
-Familiarity with mechanical and piping systems in mining operations
-In-depth background in large scale industrial constructions

Work Location & Schedule:
-McClean Lake
-14 days in and 14 days out rotating schedule
-Requires work in adverse weather conditions in all seasons
