About the Company:
Spearing Service L.P.is an oilfield trucking company providing safe and reliable hauling services. We take pride in keeping our equipment in top condition and are looking for a Tank Shop Supervisor with testing and inspection experience to join our maintenance team.

Position Overview:
Tank Shop Supervisor will be responsible for scheduling, inspecting, maintaining, and performing light repairs on our fleet of tanker trailers and related equipment. The ideal candidate will have experience with tank inspections, understand inspection procedures, and be experienced with shop maintenance and organization.

Key Responsibilities:
    Schedule all inspections and communicate with dispatch and management about progress and status of equipment.
    Complete inspection forms and report defects or maintenance needs.
    Inspect tanker trailers for structural integrity, leaks, corrosion, and general wear.
    Perform required tank testing (visual, pressure, and leak tests).
    Carry out minor shop maintenance repairs as needed and oversee current employees.
    Work closely with the shop and operations team to keep units compliant and road ready.
    Organize and maintain cleanliness of the shop.
    Follow all company safety procedures and inspection standards.
    Man watch when needed.

Qualifications:
    Experience working with tanker trailers, pressure vessels, or similar equipment.
    Knowledge of TDG, VKIP, and inspection requirements for oilfield trailers is an asset but willing to train the right candidate.
    Strong attention to detail and safety awareness.
    Proven ability to manage and supervise multiple employees.
