Job Description:
Common Ground Landscapes is looking for a team member to assist with property maintenance services(primarily snow). You'll be working with other team members to service residential and commercial clients/contracts using shovels, skid steers, blowers and salt spreading tools. There will also be salt laying. You must be able to communicate effectively and perform safety checks before shifts.

This position will continue into the spring and summer seasons with different landscaping tasks. We're looking for someone with 1+ year of experience with operating a skid steer and experience with attachments (changing buckets, sweepers, etc.) and snow blowers.
*certification is a plus, willing to provide this if you don't have.*

Job Requirements and Other Info:
-Must have a valid license -SK Class 5

-Must have reliable transportation

-Must have and wear steel toe footwear at all times

-Must use Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) when required

-Must be able to lift heavy loads and/or operate equipment in the outdoor conditions

-Outdoor weather dependent work requiring flexible shift schedules, early mornings/late night start times, long hours, weekends

-Able to respond to short notice for start times based on weather conditions

Our company provides an uplifting work environment, competitive pay and benefits after 5 months of employment. Starting pay is $23/hr and higher with appropriate experience.
