We are seeking a motivated, results-oriented Project Coordinator to support planning, coordination, and communication for infrastructure projects aligned with government priorities. The ideal candidate is highly organized, analytical, and collaborative, with experience supporting construction or infrastructure projects. You will thrive in a fast-paced environment, managing competing priorities and working effectively with diverse stakeholders.
Candidates should have knowledge of project delivery methods, stakeholder engagement, and government procurement processes. Strong communication skills are essential, including the ability to prepare clear documents for technical and non-technical audiences. Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and SharePoint is required; familiarity with project management tools and document control practices is an asset.
Qualifications include a two-year post-secondary diploma in a related field (such as project management, business administration, or engineering technology) or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
Responsibilities include coordinating all phases of projects, preparing technical and planning documents, supporting procurement activities, developing project documentation, tracking progress against goals and budgets, and identifying risks.
