Description

Position Summary:
Reporting to the Senior Manager, HR, the HRBP is a trusted advisor to business units, implementing HR strategies that align with organizational goals and foster a high-performance, inclusive culture.

Key Responsibilities:
HR Strategy & Culture: Implement HR initiatives, support engagement programs, and partner with leadership to address people and business challenges.
Employee Relations: Handle inquiries, onboarding, compensation guidance, disability management, investigations, conflict resolution, separations, and immigration processes.
Change Management: Support organizational change and promote positive adoption.
Talent Development: Facilitate training, coaching, succession planning, and career mobility.
Performance Management: Coach leaders on performance issues and disciplinary processes.
HR Metrics & Compliance: Provide analytics, ensure compliance with laws, policies, and health & safety programs.
HR Operations: Conduct store visits, manage HR documentation, and support administrative tasks.

Qualifications:
Post-secondary education in HR; CPHR designation an asset.
35+ years progressive HR experience, preferably in retail/multi-site operations.
Strong knowledge of HR best practices, employment laws, and SINP.
Valid drivers license; ability to travel within SK/MB.
Skills:
Excellent communication, relationship-building, and conflict resolution skills.
Strong analytical, organizational, and business acumen.
Proficient in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint) and HR technology platforms.
Ability to travel within Saskatchewan and Manitoba up to 15% of the time
