The Opportunity
JGL is seeking an experienced and creative Manager, Marketing and Communications to lead marketing strategy, brand development, and communications across our group of agricultural businesses. Reporting to the COO, this role will strengthen JGLs brand presence, support client and community engagement, and ensure clear, consistent messaging across all divisions. If you are a strong communicator with a passion for agriculture and storytelling, this is a great opportunity to make an impact.

Key Responsibilities
Lead marketing and communication plans aligned with corporate priorities.
Oversee brand development, digital content, and social media.
Manage website updates, campaigns, and engagement analytics.
Prepare internal communications, press releases, and executive messages.
Coordinate events, sponsorships, and community partnerships.
Manage budgets, reporting, and project timelines.

What You Bring
Post secondary education in Marketing, Communications, PR, or Business.
5+ years of experience in marketing or communications.
Strong writing, editing, and content creation skills.
Experience managing digital platforms and social media.
Strong organization, creativity, and attention to detail.
Passion for agriculture, community, and building strong relationships.
