Sheet Metal Manufacturer looking to add a new plant manager.

We're currently looking for a Shop Foreman/Lead Hand who is a fun, friendly, energetic individual and who thrives in a fast-paced environment.  

Reporting to the General Manager, the successful candidate will be responsible for directly supervising our shop.

Responsibilities will include but are not limited to:

* Ensure cleanliness of shop
* Monitor  Plant Staff on the performance of their duties
* Assist staff as needed
* Schedule, assign and supervise work being performed
* Order everyday supplies and tools as necessary

Must-have skills are:

* Previous shop experience, preferably in the HVAC industry
* Strong Mechanical Background
* Strong verbal and written skills
* Exceptional leadership skills
* Great Customer Service skills
* Excellent problem solving skills
* Satisfactory criminal record check
