Job Order Detail

Description

1. Inventory Management
        Receive, unload, and process incoming shipments.
        Verify product quantities against purchase orders and report discrepancies.
        Maintain accurate stock counts and update inventory records.

2. Stocking & Merchandising
        Stock shelves, racks, and display areas following store standards.
        Ensure products are properly labeled, priced, and rotated (FIFO).
        Organize merchandise in the stockroom and sales floor.

3. Customer Service
        Assist customers in locating products on the sales floor.
        Answer basic product questions and support sales staff when needed.
        Maintain a clean, organized, and safe shopping environment.

4. Store Presentation
        Set up promotional displays and signage as instructed by management.
        Ensure shelves are fully stocked, clean, and visually appealing.
        Remove expired, damaged, or outdated items from shelves.

5. Safety & Compliance
        Follow all workplace safety procedures for lifting and handling goods.
        Keep aisles, stockrooms, and storage areas clean and hazard-free.
        Follow company guidelines for inventory control and loss prevention.

6. Coordination & Reporting
        Communicate low-stock items to supervisors or managers.
        Assist with regular or scheduled inventory counts.
        Work with the management team to keep stock levels balanced.
