If that sounds like you, come join us. Were hiring a full-time Office Manager/Receptionist to be the welcoming face and heartbeat of Penney Murphy & Associates Counselling & Wellness.

About the Role
This position is perfect for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced, client-centered environment and who brings warmth, professionalism, and strong administrative skills to every interaction. Youll support our large team of therapists and help clients feel cared for from the moment they connect with us.

Duties & Responsibilities
Warmly greeting clients in person & over the phone
Answering calls, responding to inquiries, maintaining strict confidentiality
Scheduling and coordinating appointments using Jane booking software
Matching clients with therapist who best fits their needs
Providing administrative support to our team of therapists
Managing multiple tasks & priorities in a fast-paced environment
Maintaining accurate records with attention to detail
Keeping office operations organized & efficient

Required Skills & Qualifications
Minimum 2 years of admin experience, ideally in a clinic or health-care setting
Experience supporting a larger team
Excellent communication skillswarm, clear, and professional
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
High attention to detail & accuracy
Skilled at Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Tech-savvy, adaptable, and quick to learn new systems
Able to handle confidential information appropriately
Strong problem-solving skills, ability to think on your feet
Experience with Jane scheduling software an asset
