Receptionist  Nova Auto Centre
635 Circle Dr East, Saskatoon

Nova Auto Centre is a growing automotive dealership, and were looking for a dynamic and motivated Receptionist to join our team. If you are organized, eager to learn, and able to adapt in a fast-paced environment, wed love to hear from you!

Key Responsibilities:

Answer and direct incoming phone calls in a professional manner

Organize bills of sale, invoices, and other office documents

Maintain and organize vehicle keys and ensure all vehicles are properly tagged

Assist with general office administration tasks

Support the sales and service team with day-to-day administrative duties

Qualifications:

Strong communication and organizational skills

Positive attitude and willingness to learn

Ability to multitask and manage priorities

Basic computer skills (MS Office, email, etc.)

Previous experience in reception or office administration is an asset but not required
