Description

Outside Sales Representative
We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Outside Sales Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate is an independent self-starter with strong client-management skills and the ability to build lasting customer relationships while driving new business growth.

Responsibilities
Manage client accounts by providing professional, effective, and efficient solutions to inquiries and concerns.
Handle customer issues proactively and ensure a high level of customer satisfaction.
Learn and maintain knowledge of product lines, including technical specifications.
Develop new business leads and expand territory opportunities.
Conduct research and follow up on incoming leads to identify prospective clients.
Log all customer interactions and sales activities into the CRM system.
Present products and solutions to customers through compelling presentations.
Interpret and analyze sales data to support pipeline development.
Prepare reports and insights that guide sales strategy.
Provide guidance on price competitiveness and maintain competitive intelligence.
Participate in trade shows, trainings, and product meetings as required.

Qualifications
Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment.
Strong selling, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Excellent client-management and communication abilities.
Ability to quickly learn new products, technologies, and systems.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office; familiarity with TEAMS, CRM and ERP systems is an asset.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret sales data.
Experience with Industrial Trailers, Commercial Trailers and Truck Decks is an asset.
Valid drivers license and clean drivers abstract.
Willingness to travel 23 weeks per month.
