As the Parts Manager in our Radville dealership, you lead the daily operations and success of a fast-paced, customer-focused Parts Department. All parts staff report directly to you, and as one of the stores key leaders, you play an important role in driving performance, supporting service and sales, and ensuring exceptional customer experiences.

Core Responsibilities:
Lead, mentor, and guide a team of dedicated parts technicians.
Maintain inventory, displays, and department organization to maximize sales.
Build strong relationships with customers through friendly, helpful service.
Support department growth by identifying opportunities for improvement.
Collaborate with all dealership departments to strengthen internal relationships and workflow.
Provide support to technicians, sales staff, and customers by offering product knowledge and parts expertise.
Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:
Knowledge of the agriculture industry.
Experience leading or developing a team in a retail or service environment.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.
Enjoy working in a collaborative, team-focused atmosphere.
Commitment to providing superior customer service.
Previous parts or agriculture experience is an asset.
