Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative support to accountants
- Handle communication with clients
- Prepare and file confidential financial documents and letters
- Typing, basic file maintenance, documents and correspondence
- Answer and direct phone calls
- Monitor deadlines and time management
- Keep calendars and record of supplies inventory for the office
Skills that would be of asset:
- Computer literacy including willingness to learn new programs
- Thorough working knowledge of Microsoft Office, Outlook and Adobe
- Excellent administrative skills
- Understanding of the confidential nature of our business
- Previous training or work experience however we are open to training
- Knowledge of day-to-day operations of a professional office
- Fluent in English
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and work under pressure especially for the months of February, March and April
Salary:
- Based on experience however a job well done is compensated accordingly

Education:
Secondary School in an Administrative Assistant program (required)

Month end reporting
Preparation of confidential financial documents for clients
Some scheduling (during busier times of the year)
Stocking supplies
Sorting and sending mail
Greeting clients
Processing payments
Filing and scanning of client documents
