Perform administrative duties, to include data entry, mail distribution, answering telephones, office correspondence.
Demonstrates strong organizational and communication skills, with ability to perform general office administration, reception, and customer support & relations
Aid with customer account management, to include invoicing, troubleshooting, contract orders, pre-pays and inventory and supplier entry
Manage vehicle expenses, including insurance renewals and communication to team on Insurance reviews
Assist and support of the Controller, including reconciliation of supplier accounts and financial needs.
The Ideal Candidate will have:
A minimum of 3 years Administrative and Office experience
An excellent attitude and willingness to learn
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Attention to detail and to be very organized
Accounting experience would be an asset
Agriculture background preferred
