We are seeking a Director of Supports to fill a 12-18 month leave. This role leads our government relationship work, assists with and leads systemic projects, and oversees a provincial team of Consultants who provide navigational support and advocacy to people with intellectual disabilities. The successful candidate must have an intrinsic understanding of person-centred culture and disability movements. Experience with leadership, systemic change, and managing large teams is an asset.

Duties Include:
- Monitoring and supporting a provincial team
- Tracking, analyzing, and identifying trends to inform our systemic initiatives
- Managing projects and systemic advocacy that focus on a variety of areas such as deinstitutionalization, income supports, healthcare, etc.
- Maintain a broad range of community contacts, including government officials and other external organizations.
- Work with and effectively include people with lived experience who help lead the direction of our work
