Position Overview
We are currently seeking Mammography Technologists to join our Prince Albert clinic. This opportunity is open to experienced professionals, recent graduates, or X-Ray technologists interested in developing a career in mammography. On-the-job training and mentoring will be provided to support skill development and career progression in this specialized field.
Key Responsibilities
Perform high-quality mammography examinations in accordance with established protocols and regulatory standards.
Ensure patient comfort and safety throughout the imaging process.
Maintain accurate patient records and assist with administrative tasks as needed.
Collaborate with fellow technologists, radiologists, and administrative staff to ensure efficient clinic operations.
Participate in ongoing quality assurance and quality control processes.
Demonstrate a commitment to professional development and continual learning.
Qualifications
A graduate of an accredited X-Ray program recognized by CAMRT and CMRIPS.
A member in good standing of CAMRT and CMRIPS with liability insurance.
Willing to pursue CAR (Canadian Association of Radiologists) registration in mammography.
Committed to excellent patient care and continual learning.
Known as a team-player and a strong communicator.
