Title of position: Waterfowl Hunting Guide/Spotter

Number of Positions: Eight (8)
                      
Job duties: Scouting, spotting, guiding, calling, setting up and breaking down spreads. Talking with landowners. Reading RM maps. Cleaning birds. Leading guest hunters.

Duration/period of work: Seasonal, (Spring) March 2026 through Late May 2026. (Fall) September 2026 through early November 2026.

Wage: $35.75 per hour / $300USD DAY based on a 10.5 hour day per hour, lodging, fuel and food are all provided

Language: Must be able to read, write & speak English

Skills/Requirements: Previous waterfowl guiding experience

    Ability to call ducks & geese
    Be physically fit and be able to work long hours
    Have a trained retrieving dog, or experience with retrieving dogs
    Be flexible to work all days of the week (varied work days)
    Be willing to work outdoors
    Be self motivated
    Have a good attitude and relate well to clients
    Participate in setting up and breaking down spreads
    Be able to read RM maps
    Have a clean drivers record
