Assist in compiling and storing relevant personnel, financial, and administrative data while ensuring integrity, accuracy, and completeness
Assist in the hiring process by helping the recruitment, post job ads, schedule interviews, and collect and file applications and candidate information
Help other onboard new hires by participating in orientations, preparing informative materials, and facilitating training sessions to ensure new employees are fully aware of contract terms
Support invoice processing and benefits administration by keeping employee records, managing invoices and enrollment forms, and handling changes and terminations
Help leadership organize meetings, prepare keynotes, and draft reimbursement forms and other relevant financial and administrative documents
