Job Description: Performs general maintenance and repairs for facility/plant systems, equipment, grounds and buildings.

Human Resources Exemption: No

Experience- One (1) year experience in a maintenance environment (commercial or industrial)
Education- Fireman Boiler Operator certificate
Licenses- Valid Class 5 driver's license
- Boiler Operator License issued pursuant to Boiler & Pressure Vessels Safety Act
Other Education and Training- Refrigeration Plant Operator certificate, where required.
- Pool Operator certificate, where required
- Refrigeration Engineer certificate, where required by the job

- Communication skills
Knowledge and Abilities- Knowledge of tools and equipment
- Ability to work independently
