Description

The Charity Administration Student will support the Foundations work with local charities by assisting with capacity-building initiatives, outreach, scheduling, and relationship management. This role involves coordination, communication, and event support to strengthen the Foundations connection to community organizations across southern Saskatchewan.

Students in this position will help plan a professional development day for charities, coordinate check-ins with fund holders, manage outreach communications, and support opportunities for charities to connect with the Foundation. The role also includes administrative tasks that ensure smooth day-to-day operations for the full-time staff.

Key Responsibilities:

* Support capacity-building initiatives that help charities increase their effectiveness and engagement with the Foundation.
* Coordinate outreach opportunities for charities, including email communication, phone calls, follow-ups, and scheduling connection times.
* Arrange and support check-ins with current charity fund holders, helping maintain strong and ongoing relationships.
* Track communications, organize outreach notes, and manage scheduling for charity engagement activities.
* Assist with planning and coordinating a professional development day for local charities, including logistics, scheduling, communications, and event support.
* Assist with charity related events and opportunities for community connection.
* Provide administrative support to staff, including data entry, document preparation, email correspondence, and general office
