The Role
Cameco has a great opportunity available for an enthusiastic, motivated student to be a part of a diverse team.
In this role you will:
-Assist in ensuring compliance for the radiation protection program throughout the operation
-Collect, maintain, and record radiation data as well as issue radiation work permits
-Conduct routine monitoring and assess working conditions pertaining to radiation protection for the safety of all workers
Required:
-You are currently enrolled in a science-based post-secondary education program
-Possess strong communication and computer skills
-Work a rotational schedule and commute to site by aircraft
-You must be returning to school for the academic semester following your work term with Cameco

This is a 4-month full-time temporary student term, starting May 2026 until end of August 2026.
