Are you a hands-on problem solver with experience in property maintenance? We are seeking a Maintenance Technician to ensure our residential properties remain safe, functional, and in top condition.
Key Responsibilities:
Perform general maintenance, including drywall repair, painting, flooring, and carpentry.
Respond to tenant repair requests and conduct preventative maintenance.
Troubleshoot and repair minor plumbing, electrical, and HVAC issues.
Complete unit turnovers, including patching, painting, and appliance installation.
Ensure safety and quality standards are met.
Maintain accurate records of repairs and inspections.
Work with vendors and contractors when needed.
What We are Looking For:
Experience in property maintenance, construction, or a related field.
Knowledge of basic plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and carpentry.
Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks efficiently.
Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
Valid drivers license and reliable transportation.
Availability for on-call or emergency repairs.
Working Conditions:
