You will organize, supervise and schedule the day-to-day bar operations
Available to work days, evenings and weekends when required
Report to Executive Committee and Office Administrator
Supervising staff, ensuring they are properly trained, certified and evaluating their performance
Interview and hire lounge staff.
Managing bar service, stock inventory and control.
Preparing and serving limited menu items in our fryers
Ensure compliance with provincial liquor legislation and regulations
Familiarity with POS systems
Taking inventory of all bar stock on a regular basis, ordering and picking up when required. Must be able to lift 30 lbs.
Work as a bartender and cleaning staff when required.
Prepare Bar staff schedules and duties, including cleaning of building.
Maintain a personnel file which contains all pertinent data of all employees.
Assist in the set-up and take down for events and working of functions, when required
Exceptional ability to manage time, prioritize tasks and maintain a well organized bar environment.
Ability to maintain confidentiality
Perform other duties as assigned by Management
Qualifications Required
Experience in hospitality, food and beverage service and/or High school diploma and 3-5 years of experience in beverage sector or a related field. Must possess Serve it Right and Food Safe certifications and have a valid Sask Drivers Licence.

This is a full time position, with flexible schedule including evenings and weekends when required.
There will be a 3 month probationary period.
