Neighbourly Pharmacy is seeking a clinically minded Pharmacist to join our team at Pharmasave #406 in Swift Current, SK. This full-time role offers the opportunity to expand your scope of practice in our Pharmacist-Led Clinic, focusing on independent assessments and prescribing for chronic disease management.

Key Responsibilities:
-Provide consultations and prescribing services in the Pharmacist-Led Clinic
-Dispense medications and manage therapy collaboratively
-Conduct medication reviews and minor ailment prescribing
-Administer vaccines and educate patients
-Maintain accurate patient records and collaborate with healthcare professionals

Qualifications:
-Injection certification required
-Strong clinical focus and patient-oriented mindset
-Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
-New graduates welcome!
