Hours of Work: 37.5 weekly, flexible, 1 evening board meeting per month

The Executive and Board Coordinator will be an ambitious and driven candidate, who is highly motivated and thrives in a self-directed role. Reporting to the CEO, the Executive and Board Coordinator provides administrative and logistical support to ensure a high functioning executive office within YWCA Regina. The Executive Coordinator supports the CEOs work which includes support for the Board of Directors, maximizing efficiency of the Leadership team, and performing in a manner that always demonstrates a high level of professionalism and confidentiality.  The Executive and Board Coordinator will be responsible for project management, research and analysis of information. The successful individual who will fill this role is required to demonstrate a high degree of composure and flexibility when faced with managing multiple conflicting priorities for numerous stakeholders.

Qualifications:
*3-5 years of professional experience in project coordination or administration work.
*Demonstrated knowledge of data management and reporting.
*Demonstrated knowledge of current theories, trends, standards, and practices of assessment in academic libraries.
*Demonstrated knowledge of non-profit board governance
*Demonstrated interpersonal, problem-solving, and oral and written communication skills.
*Demonstrated ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
*Demonstrated flexibility, creativity, and ability to innovate and adapt to a continually evolving environment.
