General manager for Park and golf course
Ensuring successful operation of the regional park, golf clubhouse, park gatehouse, and mini-golf area,  assist front gate if needed with on line camping reservations. Facebook updates, monitoring and approving budget expenditures, staying within budget guidelines. Hiring and training staff, scheduling employees hours, providing payroll information to the bookkeeper, inventory, pricing and ordering supplies,checking prices on invoices, reviewing daily sales sheets, balancing to cash received. Responsible for taking deposits to bank. organizing special events (Canada Day and golf tournaments. Knowledge of regional park bylaws. Report to the directors at monthly meetings. Researching grants available. Be willing to work flexible hours and some weekends. Responsible for end of season closing.
