Express Employment Professionals is seeking an experienced Senior Business Analyst to support the stakeholder engagement and business requirements workstream for the Emergency Medical Services (EMS) electronic patient care reports project.

Duties & Responsibilities:

The successful candidate will be responsible for tasks including, but not limited to:

Gathering, documenting, and validating business requirements; preparing presentations, documentation, and decision materials for various audiences, including senior leadership.

Developing test strategies and test plans, and coordinating all testing activities.

Creating, proofreading, and editing clear and detailed technical and end-user documentation.

Facilitating discussions with multidisciplinary stakeholders and developing/maintaining supporting knowledge documentation.

Identifying, tracking, and driving resolution of issues.

Providing both remote and on-site go-live support across healthcare and EMS facilities throughout Saskatchewan.

Mandatory Qualifications:

Candidates must meet the following requirements:

Minimum seven (7) years of experience working in a business analyst role.

Healthcare experience involving the implementation of a clinical application within the last five (5) years.
