Administrative Associate
Join our team as a trusted partner to senior City leadership! In this role, youll provide high-level, confidential, and politically sensitive administrative support to Directors and Management teams within Assessment & Property Revenue Services and Land, Real Estate & Economic Development. Youll manage executive correspondence, scheduling, and workflow coordination, ensuring departmental priorities are met with precision and professionalism.
What You Bring
- Diploma in Business, Office, or Public Administration plus 5+ years of senior-level administrative experience.
- Advanced MS Office skills and exceptional organizational abilities.
- Strong judgment, discretion, and ability to manage sensitive information.
- Excellent communication skills and a talent for building professional relationships.
- Proven ability to anticipate needs, prioritize tasks, and thrive under pressure.
