Background:
SIEL Human Solutions, in collaboration with our client Saskatchewan Medical Association, is looking to hire Part-Time and Full-Time Social Worker positions across the province of Saskatchewan.

Job Responsibilities:
    You will provide brief and longer-term therapeutic support across the lifespan using trauma-informed, strengths-based approaches

    Your work will include comprehensive biopsychosocial assessments, individualized care planning, crisis intervention and safety planning, and targeted brief therapies suited to a fast-paced clinical environment

Requirements:
    MSW or BSW with a minimum of 1 year of clinical experience working with complex patients
Eligibility for registration with the Saskatchewan College of Social Workers or equivalent

    Ability to deliver evidence-informed therapy, coordinate complex care plans, and address social determinants that affect health
