KIT Recruitment is partnering with a leading agricultural company seeking a Senior Plant Operator / Plant Supervisor to support daily operations in North Battleford. Ideal for a seasoned Plant Operator ready for leadership or a current Supervisor looking for growth.

Responsibilities
Oversee daily plant operations (receiving, grading, storage, shipping)
Monitor inventory and coordinate accurate product movement
Work with logistics to manage shipments and documentation
Lead, train, and support operators and maintenance staff
Provide coaching, feedback, and development opportunities
Support a strong safety culture and maintain compliance
Conduct safety talks and promote continuous improvement
Manage preventive maintenance and support equipment uptime
Optimize machinery to reduce downtime
Work with QA to maintain quality standards
Build relationships with farmers, suppliers, and clients
Resolve issues proactively and ensure smooth daily flow
Maintain records and prepare production reports

Qualifications
Experience in grain handling, ag processing, or manufacturing
Strong leadership and decision-making abilities
Knowledge of ag safety regulations
Comfortable with operational systems and reporting tools
Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
Physically capable of plant and grain-related tasks
Hands-on, solution-focused mindset
