Coordinator, Business Services - Term
Are you passionate about driving business excellence and shaping customer experiences? As Coordinator, Business Services, youll lead the development and review of departmental business practices, customer service policies, and performance measures. Youll spearhead research initiatives, program reviews, and marketing strategies, while leveraging technology to enhance service delivery. This role involves preparing reports and presenting plans to senior management and Council, making a real impact on how we serve our community.
What You Bring:
- A degree in Business Administration, Commerce, or related field.
- 58 years of experience in business planning, analysis, or marketing, with advisory experience.
- Strong skills in data analysis, policy development, and project management.
- Ability to lead teams, coach staff, and foster collaboration.
- Expertise in marketing strategy and technological solutions for business processes.
Exceptional communication and problem-solving abilities.
