Role Overview:
Reporting to the Procurement Coordinator, youll be the first point of contact for incoming grain deliveries, ensuring every delivery meets Avenas quality standards. This hands-on role includes receiving, testing, record-keeping, and administrative tasks.

Key Responsibilities:
Receive and organize incoming truck deliveries and harvest samples
Conduct and record grain quality tests
Maintain compliance with Avenas Purity Protocol and grower approval programs
Prepare grain settlements and ERP adjustments
Support farmer relations initiatives and propose process improvements
Maintain a clean, safe work environment following GMP and food safety standards

What Were Looking For:
Agricultural background is an asset
Computer literate with strong communication skills
Detail-oriented, organized, and able to multitask effectively
