About the Role
As a Sales Representative, you'll be the go-to partner for your customers helping them stay ahead of industry trends, improve profitability, and achieve success. You'll represent Color Compass with pride, delivering trusted expertise, creative problem-solving, and outstanding customer service every day.
What You'll Do
Build and strengthen account relationships by offering value-added programs and services.
Be a problem solver and trusted advisor, guiding shops through process improvement, training, auditing, and business planning.
Implement and support technology solutions for shop automation and performance analytics (KUBE & SA).
Identify and grow new business opportunities through upselling, strategic engagement, and lead generation.
Provide market feedback to leadership sharing insights on customer needs, trends, and competitive offerings.
Collaborate with management to align sales strategies and drive company growth.
Maintain company assets and ensure reports are submitted accurately and on time.
Deliver excellence every interaction, every time.
What You Bring
Excellent communication skills clear, confident, and customer-centered.
Strong ability to work independently and as part of a team.
A base understanding of collision industry metrics and performance needs.
Comfort with technology and software tools (including Color Compass programs).
A passion for building relationships and achieving results.
Autobody experience would be an asset
