Job Description: Supervises the operations of the Maintenance, Environmental and Laundry Services departments and performs maintenance duties.

Experience
- Eighteen (18) months experience in building/institutional maintenance
Education
- Building Systems Technician certificate
Licenses
- Valid Class 5 driver's license
- Boiler Operator License issued pursuant to Boiler & Pressure Vessels Safety Act
- Power Engineering License pursuant to the Boiler & Pressure Vessels Safety Act
Other Education and Training
- Fireman Boiler Operator certificate or
- as required by the Boiler and Pressure Vessels Safety Act
- 5th Class Engineering certificate, as required by the
