Description

One Arrow First Nation invites proposals for the appointment of an Appeal Arbitrator for the 2026 General Band Election. The Appeal Arbitrator will receive referrals of a notice of appeal which meet requirements within the Act and submitted within 14 days after the Election Date of April 15, 2026. The Appeal Arbitrator will review appeals referred by the Chief Electoral Officer, determine if the appeal proceeds to a hearing and render a decision. The appeal process shall be managed and comply with the One Arrow First Nation Customary Election Act.
