Job Description: As a member of the Residential Services Team, this position is responsible for the coordination of the Mental Health Approved Home Program in collaboration with multidisciplinary team members and the Ministry of Health. The purpose of this position is to provide assessment of persons interested in accessing Mental Health Approved Homes, and the recruitment, education, and support of Mental Health Approved Home Operators. Under the supervision of the Assessor Coordinator  Degree - Senior and the Manager this position is responsible for assigning individual supports to persons living in mental health approved homes; providing consultation, referral, and conducting research related to the Mental Health Approved Home program.

Position Duties:
- Utilizes a team approach to provide screening and/or assessments to persons affected by mental
health and addictions concerns who are interested in accessing or who are currently living in a
Mental Health Approved Home.
- Provides education and support to Mental Health Approved Home Operators regarding mental
health and addiction client needs and mental health and addiction services.
- Supporting the licensing and re-licensing procedures for Mental Health Approved Homes in
accordance with The Mental Health Services Act and The Mental Health Services Regulations,
