This position can be based out of Regina or Saskatoon.

Job Summary:


As a key member of the Stations Operational Readiness team, the Stations Operations Learning Specialist plays a critical role in preparing a sustainable, future-ready workforce within a complex and continually evolving technical environment. This role bridges technical expertise with adult learning principles by collaborating with subject matter experts to design and deliver effective operational learning solutions. These solutions ensure essential knowledge is captured and shared in a structured, consistent, and scalable way. Recognizing that candidates may enter the role with strengths in either technical operations or educational development, the intent is to support and develop the successful applicant into a well-rounded specialist with strong capabilities in both domains over time.

Knowledge/Skills/Abilities:

Five (5) years of related experience in coaching and training technical individuals AND;
Degree or Diploma in an Educational field, Engineering, Technology, or Journeyed Trade Certificate or other related equivalent.
Five (5) years of related experience in curriculum development, adult learning, facilitation & content creation OR;
Five (5) years of related experience in Transmission Lines and/or stations, operations including work methods and procedures.
