Job Description: Within a multidisciplinary program as part of a unique Internet-Delivered Cognitive Behaviour Therapy (ICBT) team, the Social Worker will provide ICBT services to clients with mild-to-moderate levels of anxiety and depression across the province. In addition, the employee will assist with various duties such as peer supervision, student supervision, presentations, and promotion. The successful applicant will have the opportunity to become competent in this empirically supported therapy, take part in an exciting new unit, and collaborate on this University of Regina-led project. Weekly individual and group supervision will be offered.

Human Resources Exemption: No

Education
- Bachelor of Social Work (BSW). Must be currently registered with the Saskatchewan Association of Social Workers.
Experience
- One (1) or more years of experience in a community mental health setting working with adults presenting with mental health disorders.
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
- Experience and skill in individual Cognitive Behavior Therapy (CBT).
- Ability to function independently and as a member of an interdisciplinary team.
- Experience in assessing for and managing risk.
- Time management skills. Knowledge of relevant ethics, legislation, and codes of conduct.
