**WE COVER TRAVEL (to-and-from site, out of Saskatoon or Prince Albert), MEALS & ACCOMMODATION AT SITE.
**Job is located at the Foran Mine site, located approximately 3.5 hours northeast of Prince Albert & 85 km west of Flin Flon.
**SHIFT WORK IS REQUIRED; WORK SCHEDULES ARE 2-WEEK IN-AND-OUT ROTATIONS.
**YOU MUST BE ABLE TO PASS A DRUG & ALCOHOL TEST.
This is a WORKING CHEF position. To lead by example, you must be always present, hands-on, and engaged in daily operations. To guide and supervise our team, getting "your hands dirty" is a must! You will also driver operational excellence to ensure client service contracts are met, while adhering to the highest standards of safety, professionalism, and quality control.

What you will do:
- Lead, mentor, and manage a culinary team.
- You will manage food costs and inventory.
- Maintain standards for food safety, food storage, rotation, quality and appearance.
Job Requirements - Let's not waste your time:
- Experience with kitchen management within the service industry.
- Knowledge of Vegan, Halal and Gluten allergy variation cooking skills.
- Good knowledge of computers, Microsoft Word, Excel, Camp Manager programs.
- Current First responder certificate would be an asset.
- Proven leadership skills, who works well with others.
- Ability to work alone and as part of a larger team.
- Customer relation skills.
- Valid Class 5 Driver's license strongly preferred.
