What youll do: Working closely with the administrative team, you will be responsible for the following:
Reporting to the Office Manager, the successful candidate will:
Come to work with a positive, professional approach and attitude;
Be familiar with and adhere to Meadow Lake Co-op policies and procedures;
Prepare and distribute reports as required for the departmental manager;
Provide positive consumer experience to all customers;
Assist with answering phones, taking payments and other customer requests at the front counter as needed;
Back-up reception by completing daily department cash-ups and other reception duties when they are away;
Participate in maintaining location image and housekeeping standards;
Scan and electronically organize member files;
Fill the main photo copier with paper;
Gather information requested for board meetings;
Process T4As and equity statements;
Assist Team Members and Leaders with uniforms;
Clerical duties and projects as requested;
Other duties as assigned.

Who you are:
You are looking for a career in Administration and:
Grade 12 diploma or equivalent GED;
You have excellent customer service skills, strong communication and interpersonal skills;
You are highly motivated and willing to be trained;
You are proficient with Microsoft Office Programs such as Excel, Word and Outlook;
Youre honest and trustworthy, are results-oriented and strive to be the best in what you do;
You believe in maintaining a respectful and honest work place;
Valid class 5 license and a clean drivers abstract may be required.
