Responsible to provide an exceptional level of customer service and maintain a safe and efficient operation while adhering to all company policies, procedures, and standards, including meeting established productivity standards. Responsible for the general merchandise of the department and the care and safe use of any tools or equipment required. This includes processing daily payables, operating the Point-of-Sale system (when required), assisting team members when necessary, and any other duties as assigned.
Inspect all received goods to ensure the quality and completeness of the order, and when required order and receive products. Maintain shelf and display stock and organize all goods intended for sale to meet established standards. Update and maintain an accurate and proper markdown report for agro location
Coordinate and take point on all inventory counts for ag location. This includes making inventory count sheets and schedules while working in collaboration with on-site manager and Admin to ensure that all counts are done properly and in compliance with our audit requirements.
Implement price changes at store level, provide maintenance of in-store signage and shelf labels, keep price files up to date and organized, maintain customer and vendor master files. Co-ordinate maintenance of hardware equipment and software programs.
Perform all other TRONIA operating system file maintenance functions in co-operation with other team members, site manager, and Accountant.
