The Office Manager plays a central leadership role within the LIJET Immigration Services Inc. practice, overseeing office operations, supervising onsite and remote staff, reviewing case files, providing immigration advice, conducting consultations, and supporting IRB representation. The ideal candidate must hold an L3 RCIC-IRB licence, demonstrate strong operational capabilities, and possess a minimum of one year of professional immigration consulting experience.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage daily office operations and workflow.
Supervise and support onsite and remote staff.
Oversee case file processing and conduct quality review of team members files.
Attend client consultations and provide accurate immigration advice.
Represent clients before the IRB where authorized.
Lead generation and relationship-building with DLIs and partner institutions.
Maintain and grow operational efficiency and client service standards.
Ensure compliance with CICC regulations and internal policies.
Utilize immigration software (Officio) and other digital tools effectively.
Requirements:
L3 RCIC-IRB licence in good standing.
Strong leadership, communication, and file-management skills.
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Proficiency with immigration case management software (especially Officio).
