Description

The Ministry of SaskBuilds and Procurement, IT Division delivers IT services across government, including infrastructure, application support, data management, and strategic planning. We are seeking a highly motivated Senior Business Analyst with strong analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills. The ideal candidate is a critical thinker and problem solver who can lead initiatives and work collaboratively with architects, ministries, and IT teams to achieve successful outcomes.

Key qualifications include experience gathering and documenting business requirements, developing test cases, and executing IT systems testing. Knowledge of IT frameworks such as Business Analysis, Process Mapping, Project Management, IT Service Management, and Enterprise Architecture is required. A degree in Computer Science, Business Analyst certification (CCBA, CBAP), or equivalent education and experience is preferred. Experience with SharePoint Online, D365, ServiceNow, or Azure DevOps is an asset.

Responsibilities include supporting solution design and technology planning, conducting design reviews and audits, analyzing technology assets, coordinating policy and standards approvals, administering architecture repositories, and assisting with client engagement tools.
